To me its a good idea as my wife passport still got 2 yrs to due and only left 2 pages... so 1s the macs expire still can use for another 6 trips before have to change.... yo bro, i saw the application form. there's a condition that you need a m'sian company to act as sponsor. if ppl like me, need to visit customer once a week, but not related Iskandar project, still can apply? BTW, how u & wife apply? u mean u are working on some related Iskandar projects and then get a m'sian company to act as sponsor. Care to share? If not comfort, pls PM me yr contact no. and I will call u privately. tks & cheers!!!

Bro 1.8 civic cant catch up with you? So you are saying that your car has faster acceleration times than a honda engine? Can i borrow my friend's stock rx8 manual and test out your fast car? Ooi bro, u tired of living har? kekekeke ..... I orendi got f left, right, centre and u wan to start the fire again. anyway to be impartial, if u wan to compare apple-to-apple, i tink it's not fair to compare rx8 with a kia. sori ya, just my opinion. unfortunately i don't have the opportunity to sit on his previous "wife" otherwise my balls will drop man. just look at the spec n it make u salivate.

8 years ago, 1 quat costed abt $5-6 and they don't sell loose bottle, so have to buy by the carton. Try it on PG track on few attempts, not bad. even @ high temp, the engine is still OK. after that they increase $$$ and so stop using. Another oil u guy might want to consider is "chemlube". same here. last time cost $8/quat, but now $16-$18. I supposed it was all due to the crude oil price increase2-3 years ago. but now using castrol GTX10W-40 mineral and go for 4,000/5,000km oil change interval.
I tink MX is selling Royal Purple @ $13-14/quat if I remember correctly.

I ask some work shop they used the same ATF for flushing and top up. Ex,8 ltrs for flushing......8 ltr for top up use the same brand. you guys can enlighten me on this issue .me, never do any ATF flushing before. the last time was done by the agent know nothing about it To what I know, flushing oil and top-up oil are diff, cos in flushing oil, there are some additive which does the "flushing job" like remove the slug/dirt & other impurties ... etc. 4 beta enhancement, go 4 ATF cooler. Though is ex (i tink abt $400/$500++) but it's worth the $$$, especially 4 those who travel frequent up north.

YEs... i've heard someone said this before.... But i tot durign ATF flush, they use some other fluid, then only when flushing is done, then they use ATF oil? ?? A friend told me ,we can used a cheaper ATF for flushing ,then use the prefer ATF for the fill up,So can save some $$$$.......any true to this? ? To be frank, I don't know how much is the saving OR how much can u save? To what I was told, it's a common & good practise to change ATF every 20,000km (or every 3x engine oil change). Once it reaches 60,000km, go 4 another flushing and the cycle repeat itself.

Hi dzulpink, thousand thank you for your recommendation. In fact y'day while having la-kopi seesion with neighbour, he also recommended Khang Auto. will be going there next week. Glad to help you bro, Hope you can keep us update on this issue since most of us are driving automatic. For me never change my ATF for 3 years......... Any info on $$$$$ for renew and flushing of ATF? Done liao, flushing plus change new AT oil. So far seems OK. Took abt 3 hours. damage $180 which i tink is reasonable. saw dat d oil is quite "black". when i bought fm d used car shop, i went 4 svs. but then i tink d previous mechanics did not flush the AT, maybe just drain and pour new oil. btw, tks for all the help and infor.

Sort of "clutch slippage" problem in MT. only happen during 1st and 2nd gear. 3rd & 4th OK. any bro has experiencing this b4? any recommendation which workshop to get this done? Tks!

Whoa liao...the radiator water look so muddy and rusty. No wonder your radiator up lorry. U didn't change the coolant every 6 months?
why radiator crack? bcos thermostat jams. why jam? bcos didn't change water/coolant. If anybody interested, I have one(1) lauminium-made radiator that bought from Korea. PM me if interested.

yo bro, altogether there are 4 (left, right, front & rear). usually no need to change left/right - just change the front/rear. reasons : the engine "rock" fwd/bwd more than left/right. as such it wears off faster.

yo bro, it don't think there's any .... btw, u can get a machinst to skim it 4 u. cost about $300 locally or RM400 across the border. anyway just out of curiousity, why u need a light flywheel? U have lighten-up yr car to less than 900kg? or maybe preparing for circuit race? if u use it on the road for daily driving, u will cry out for heart later. anyway good luck...

FYI, i'm using a one piece $3 copper plug (one pack of 4 pcs will be $12) in my daily driving and change every 20km bcos I change gear at every 3000rpm. More eocnomical this way. BTW, do you really think that iridium plug can really last 30km/50km/60km (or whatever the figures) as it claims in their ads or as adviced by the mechanics? sorry, I beg to differ. anyway diff ppl experiences diff due to individual driving pattern. So long as it serves u well, so be it.

Hello bro, IK16 is known as "warm" plug whereas IK20 is classified under "colder" plug. How do you know whether is your combustion is completed? Remove the plug and see. The gnd electrode should be "chalky white". As a rule-of-thumb, the DENSO recommended IK16 as an equivalent is correct based on the assumption that there is no mod done - meaning engine is stock condition. depending on the magnitude of your mod-up, most ride should falls within IK16 on local road - meaning 5500rpm on every gears. Unless you headed north where u need to use 2nd/3rd/4th gear very often and rev up to 6000rpm, then go for IK20.
when u use IK20 and noticed that it covered with black deposits - meaning that the plug is too cold - meaning incomplete combustion. WHY? becos you didn't rev high enough. The combustion temp is less than 500 deg C. For IK20 to work properly, your combustion temp should be at least 600 deg C and above.
anyway that's what I've experimented and observed and thus share.
