Hi, anybody knows where/which workshop can do the installation of Apexi (stick design) auto timer (or some call turbo timer) on Forte? Call up GT Auto and the owner Yuan said never done b4. Alex @ Defu lane oso said not sure. Done earlier at TRC-JB and now after countdown, the door opens by itself and other "strange" problem. So now need to take out and reverse the process.

bro, there are many shops which are recommended by this forum kaki's. I think the most recommended one is Gary @ Esso Lavendar. Heard that his $$$ is good and workmanship is oso good (but I have not try his service yet cos I did mine in JB). I will be doing my 3rd timing belt change this end June. Reaching 190K very soon.
p/s : Bro, BTW not sure what do u mean by "beri familar wif Cerato?" Errr....to my knowledge, I supposed any workshop can do the timing belt change ba............

hahaha....bro, don't waste your $$$ lah. In the 1st place, u must know what's the technology behind the so-called fuel-saving broquet? Let me share wif u - there's no technology. It's not a matter of dumping a few hundreds dollars; but rather what's the purpose in achieving after that hundred dollars.

Hey guys, this is kiaguyTT from Trinidad & Tobago and this is my very 1st post on the site. I need a bit of help here. I'm looking for a new thermostat housing for my 2004 CERATO and can't quite seem to locate one on line. I'm also looking for the bypass hoses that are attached t the thermostat housing as well. My car has the 1600cc engine with automatic transmission. Any suggestions as to what website I can check out? hey bro, I have. pls PM to trade.

front tyre botak soon. budget $110- $120. which brand? and recommended tyre shop? size 205/50/16. TTU!!!
change goodrich T/A for $165/tyre with size 205/55/16. the CB boss refused to negotiate. So in the end BP, have to give in to him. Then go to another shop change to Falken 522 at $135. But don't quite like the tyre pattern.

Stock is always biased towards comfort. If that's what you call harsh, I don't know what to say. BTW, aftermarket ones won't make it any better as what you think it'll do. that's not wrong man bro. btw, to what I experience, the stock suspension is soft, that's why under-steer. I'm puzzled how did linaivan find it harsh.....

yup i do feel the body roll too compared to my previous car. bought a strut bar and felt lesser roll. ( maybe its psychological after spending money .. hehe) congrats...it's not a psychological effect, but engineering effect. that's a good investment.

suspension too hard for dry good.in track racing when it rain the mechanics were change the suspension .they were also change the stabilizer bar to originals. Errr...we r talking abt "on-d-road" car here, not track car. Both have totally different set-up. The koni absorber that I mentioned earlier is meant for road usage not track usage.

in japan track race car the tyre set up is defference. for front wheel drive the tyre infront is wider than the tyre behind. Errr....btw have u tried on such set-up b4? to what I know, the under/over-steer is more severe (whether track car or on-the-road car). it will be gd if somebody prepare to do such experiment.
