i juz check my ride.
The front tire seem to protrude out about 1.5-2cm.
Wondering whether it is because my rim rim width 6.5in is too wide, that why protrude out much.
Hopefully will not have any probelm with inspection.
Anyone, whose rim is also 6.5in width?
Anyway my tire profile is 165/50/r15

Recently, i juz upgraded my 13 in stock rim to 15 in sport rim.
After changing i realised that my rim is a bit protruding out sideways from the car.
I remember for car inspection the wheel cannot be protruding laterally.
Want to ask:
1) Is it normal that when upgrading to 15 in rim, it will protrude out a little bit?
2) What is your rim width?
3) Any brother with 15 in rim that protrude out encounter any problem when sending for vehicle inspection?
4) Anyway, my rim width is 6.5. Is this the minimum width in the market for 15 in rim
Anyone can share your experience?
Much appreciated.

Hi Sky8807,
can share where you buy the air filter?
$9-$10 seems quite cheap.

Hi Yoyodog,
What is the year of manufacture of your car?
And how does your key with remote looks like?
I may be able to help you if yours is the same as mine.
I also experience your problem before and I call up C& C.
For my understanding from them, different year car make and different type of alarm key will have different disarm method.
So you need to let us know the above details. Alternatively, you can also called up C&C.

I juz got a OPC second hand pica two months ago.
reason: my gf house at Johor, Kota Tinggi. I'm singaporean ,stay in amk. in the past used to take mrt to Kranji, take 170 ,then take malaysia public transport to her house. total journey takes abt 2.5 hrs if no jam every weeekend. Sometimes wan to sayang her and bring her to singapore to play. But very heart-pain to see her travel long distance and time with me to Singapore. Coz she very tired at the end of the day. So to sayang her more, i buy this car, so she has car to sit ,can travel comfortably. ;D

Hmm... does that mean that both can be used?
Is that a difference in F.C?

Hello everyone, I juz bought a second hand pica one month ago. This is my first car and I have a lot to learn fro myou guys. I have been looking through this forum and gain a lot of knowledge here. Thanks everyone for the input. I have a question I will like to ask you all. Last Friday, i went to mx tradings to buy Amsoil engine oil and spark plug. The spark plug which i buy is NGK platinum BKR6EGP. On Sat, I went for my first servicing after taking over the veh. Went over to Huat Lee recomended from the forum. The guy took out my old spark plug which is NGK heat range 6 model. He told me this is not the correct spark plug because heat range is too high and F.C. may suffer. As my newly bought spark plug is NGK platinum BKR6EGP, which is also heat range 6, the guy told me not to change. He will recommend heat range 5 spark plug, which will be either NGK platinum BKR5EGP or IK16 for Denso Iridium.I called to MXtradings on the spot regarding this issue and they told me according to the recomended chart from NGK supplier shows that picanto should use BKR6EGP, but they dun mind letting me exchange to BKR6EGP. So right now I'm confused over what is the correct spark plug to use? Heat range 5 (i.e. BKR5EGP, IK16) or Heat range 6 (i.e. BKR6EGP, IK20)? What is the difference between using these two for my picanto? Btw, I'm driving a l/v pica. Manufactured in '06. Can anyone kindly help me out and enlighten me? Thanks in advance
