almost 100% PIE no air con.... ~30 km covered, used up only 2L of petrol => ~15km/L wow ! And fuel in tank can last up to 790km distance if continue to be in this condition. Did I interpret correctly ?

Not being a cold shower.... But are the readings correct in the first place? 15km/l in a Carens is very impressive!

interpreted correctly but it was a perfect condition. No cars, constant 80km/h, no air con, 1 person. no braking and a cool weather. nomrally it is about 1l per 12 km based on the same route with air con almost 100% PIE no air con.... ~30 km covered, used up only 2L of petrol => ~15km/L wow ! hopefully its correct. if pump to brim, usually i can get 500 to 530km when the fuel light come out. with air con all the way and always 2 person in the car. also the 39 PSI tyres helps a lot Not being a cold shower.... Yes that is the size. This new data is based on 1 tank. I pump with full flow until it auto stop and that's it. I wanted to wait till light come out but in the end didint because so not used to it. 205/65 R15 is your tyre size now ? sorry say wrong.... its when the needle hit the last marking, i got 500-530km i always pump when it hit the last marking, always try not to wait till lights come out than go pump Attachments:

Oh I see ! When fuel nozzle clicked once and you stopped refuel, the tank is not full and only can predict a possible distance of 457km.....that's normal.... Travelled total 457km and average fuel consumtion is 8.8liter per 100km. 12.14 is the current time and 3.3LH is average liter per hour. not predicted, its actual distance tavelled. same for u too? than means i need to calibrate my fuel guage. as it indicated that i am achieving 11.2km per liters. Oh I see ! yes 50/50 or maybe around 40/60 highway. around that range. That's 457km travelled are comprising of 50/50 city/hw ? Travelled total 457km and average fuel consumtion is 8.8liter per 100km. 12.14 is the current time and 3.3LH is average liter per hour. Based on 1 tank of fuel

My on board trip computer could give different readings whenever I pump in exactly the same number of fuel nozzle clicks, even from the same nozzle at the same petrol kiosk. This trip maybe "529km", next maybe "518km", then now "503km". But the actual calculated Fuel Consumption is not any much difference. Example, the latest I completed a few stints of within < 180km short trips, with full 6 persons on board, and full luggage load, running between 90km/h, and 110km/h on highway respectively got me 11.871km/litre, and 11.334km/litre. yes 50/50 or maybe around 40/60 highway. around that range. That's 457km travelled are comprising of 50/50 city/hw ?

At 8.8L/100km = ~11.3636 km/L. And you mentioned as it indicated, you are achieving 11.2 km / L, is this "11.2" your actual mathematics count by the fuel pumped in, or the Scan Gauge reading ? If it is actual 11.2 km/L, then your ScanGauge is really good, because 11.3636 and 11.2 almost not much error from my point of view. not predicted, its actual distance tavelled. same for u too? than means i need to calibrate my fuel guage. as it indicated that i am achieving 11.2km per liters. The past weekend, have been achieving 10.683km/L ~ 11/712km/L for journey involving 6 total persons in Carens, and air cond on, and town driving. About 45% of the total 116km journey was me alone without air condition turned on.

Recently manage to do a wheel alignment. It was like offset by 1.26 degree in the toeing.
After alignment, the steering wheel which is used to be slightly off centre is also fixed.
FC seems to have improved too.......never dropped below 8.2km/L for the last two tank.
Previously range 7.8 ~ 8.3km/L.
So perhaps it also improved FC......less unnecessary fiction...

Oh......JB of course........ was in Woodlands to meet a customer ......that just zoom it. I just any how pick one just outside the custom. After the tuning......the mechanic just drive off with my car ...... give me a fright man ...... test drive. .....heee . Computerized alignment. Mechanic.....advice me to drive 3~6months to see still got problem. Got problem come back anytime......FREE. Then you change tyres. Current tyre can go another 10kkm....maybe..... I think.....my FC have improved by 10%........for every 145km....15km improvement. I am surprised !!! Need to monitor more......cant be that good........ 50/50 driving condition........
