i heard people saying by stepping up the accelerator aka rev up the RPM, it will help to clear the carbon inside the engine which is good in the long run. Is it true?
Mine is auto. So if i rev up, i goes as high to 4 to 4.5 will do?

safe or not safe depends on wad u add on to ur ride lah...
previously my pica hit 165 on NSHW. straight road, no need down slope. bro picantroy hit 175 on e same road. tat was during a fundrive up north. sg can hit 150 anytime. of cos most important issue is the driver! must know how to control... hehehe

Just be careful. Pica is still a pica... U may be an excellent driver, but pica is not designed for speed. Even if u have the best susp, brake or body kits, at that high speed, any slight mistake or debris on the road may caused ur whole car fly off the roads.

My pica fully stock only change bigger rim with 195 profile tyre. At highway easily can hit 130 to 140 without any problem. Buy nv try 160 cause nv drive to msia de.but I clear my carbon by dragging gear 2 to 5k rpm at a very long straight road. After that my fuel consumption really improve by a lot. Before clearing months ago after buying this pica from someone the fuel consumption very bad. 16liter of petrol only can hit at most 150km. Damn jialat. After try clearing when some friends advise. Now 16litre petrol I can go above 200km easily. That's the huge diff. Sorry I only pump 16litre aka $35 every time. That's why I use 16 liter to gauge.

Precisely that's my point. Improve ur car stability before u power it up and Chiong high speed...
My max was only 130kmh with my previous pica, fully stock on 195/45/15. Din have much chance to go further in SG... But since mine was stock, the ride wasn't really stable, starting to vibrate and whole veh feel like a rolling tin can.

wanna clear carbon? very easy!
Buy 10 bottles of STP fuel injector cleaner pour into your tank (make sure left 1/4) tank only. Drive around until reserve light comes on.
Remove header, exos and cat. Buy 20 litres diesel, pour on the removed items, burn it, once done, use water flush and wipe dry! Cfm no more residue stuck to your exos systems.
Put back everything, hear the new sound of your exos.......
music.........

I never heard of that but from my limited knowledge of mechanics it does not seem like it would work. Just use good engine oil like Bennziol and your car will run great.
