Hey bros! As with the thread title, I'm looking to understand more abt the 1.6a koup 10' model before getting one. Details wish to known would be like: 1) avg FC: abit confused as some bros can go up to 600km, some a lot lesser eg. 480km or so? 2) RISK/QF: saw the thread, wanna know more from bros who have risk-ed. will power and fc really improve by quite abit as claimed? 3) bros are welcomed to discuss relevant topics abt koup also! disclaimer: regarding FC, i know that different petrol type will have different effects, so just wanna know on avg. power wise just wanna clarify if RISK/QF really helps as claimed.(avoiding the tuning part) thanks bros in advance!

Also depends where u drive. How many percent highway.FC is better when using higher gear. As mileage goes up, FC drops. If u want performance and gain and yet still think of good FC. I suggest u keep the car stock. Regardless what mod be it RISK, QF, openpod , FDL and etc.. All got gain. The question is how much is your expectation of 'gain'. ?

Blunt in way...in a fact it is true... and i totally agree Watever you do and dekit, FC will never be the same as pure stock You want power, and you want good FC.... sorry no such things... Watever you do to the car, there will be pro and cons.... You did not factor in manual and auto transmission btw...

Just interested to know as i've seen a couple of replies and threads regarding to FC, and some of the answers/facts given are really ranged well wide, that's why i'm a bit confused. Regarding gain, again my queries is abt risk and qf, as seldom koupers here has shared abt their experiences after going for either of these 2 mods, thats y again i wanna know wads the pre and post experiences and differences. guess theres some misunderstanding here? thanks again bro for the comments

Auto koup 2010 is 4speed, so FC will not be better than the 2011 6speed model.
Avg FC should be ard 450-500km per full tank for auto koup 2010 4speed.
Only a few achieve better FC in view of driving style.
No comments on risk n QF cos I did my own setup. So far so good.
Mine is manual. Hydrid open pod with eCAI, heatshielded, modded extractor with Ig booster, vaccum booster n irdium plugs.
I get abt avg 750km per full tank and so far tested with my fellow koup kakis to be one of the fastest NA koup. LOL

If u looking for performance to match its fierce look.. U might be disappointed.
Look great but not necessary tat great in performance, lower the expectation slightly on performance but do expect good durability n FC for a 1.6L car.

Watever mod u do is always good & have gain. However, most important is legal mod. No point wasting money on those mods tat fail inspection. In e end, got to waste time to swop b4 going inspection. Waste of time only. Jus my few cents of opinion... Keke...

I think the Koup is a beauty. Sleek and sporty, I guess you have made the right choice. Spend a sum and do up the ride and you are good to go. I don't think need to do up appearance because it is very well designed already. Can do up intake, exhaust (LTA approved) and tuning. Then can do headlamps, tyres etc.. Lots of information here..

You definitely should come. It's the best way to get exposed and advice into mods. Even if you decide on other mods, can make new friends too. The time starts from 8.30pm but usually pple will come around 9.30pm or later.
