Yesterday just collect my ride. When air-con is "on", I can hear engine sound roaring obviously. When air-con is "off" the sound goes off. Wonder it is normal for a new ride? And will this sound slowing goes off after doing my few servicing?

As the vehicle cc is small the sound will be more obvious. The sound is actually the aircon compressor kicking and the engine is trying to arrest the kick in by increasing the rpm.

Bro alson118, for my case, the loud noise is frm the air con......... my frens & uncle compliment the car for being abit 'quiet', only when u 'heavy foot' it to 3500rpm, den the noise is noticeable.......... bro 7534vois, the noise is frm the air con rite? no worries, its a norm.....

no worries bro... its the radiator fan. when you turned on aircon, the heating coils in front of radiator has to be cooled down, and the fan automatically turned on/run faster, and the engine has a little bit more load. so overall noice is louder. try with your bonnet open and see that in action, while playing aircon on and off.
