hi i'm a new member, just wanted to check about some spare parts and where to get them. currently driving a 2nd hand rio HB that is 5 years old (not sure what model it is only know its 5 years old haha)
i want to get the following parts and was recommended by my car workshop to approach another shop called Man Can Do at sin min. I realised this man can do has been advertised here as well so just wanted to check here.
1) scuff plate (that metal plate thingy on the door step). i didn't realised the scuff plate for the driver side is missing when i bought the car (didn't know scuff plates exist until one day i realise my front passenger side have it haha). Was quoted ¼¸Ê®¿é by the mechanic but he said might be quite hard to get one. Anyone knows where i can get it myself?
2) window visor. i was quoted 50 dollars by the mechanic. is this price worth it?
3) strut bar. was quoted 80 dollars but was informed by my friend some drivers here might be selling 2nd hand. Anyone here selling? haha
4) window rubber lining. didn't realise that the little window at the rear (the small triangular window part), the rubber lining corrode and dropping out by bits and pieces (tamade didn't notice these small details when i buy the car! now i learn liao next time must check!). Anyone knows where i can go to replace the rubber lining?

the triangle thing is called quarter panel. cannot just replace rubber cause it comes in 1 whole piece. u might need to find some spare window rubber from your workshop and DIY it into your car.
Or else buy a new one, try ming ghee or online. Assuming your car is Kia Rio version JB since it's 5 years old: Driver side quarter panel - 878201G300 Passenger side quarter panel - 878101G300
