You can do it too, jack up the car n remove your wheels. only 2 bolts of spanner size 12mm for each bushing holder.

You can do it too, jack up the car n remove your wheels. only 2 bolts of spanner size 12mm for each bushing holder. I replace mine last year at Synergy together with stabilizer link.

Initial feel when they are worn, feels like undercarriage something loose, at the later stage, can feel its not from absorbers as you can feel the lose part even on slight uneven road. Tried to replace worn bushings without replacing worn linkage. The feeling worsen as new bush allows better movement of bar. Linkage replacement photos coming soon.

Try off engine rock ur car side by side. Get a friend feel the linkage by hand.

the pics looks like linkages, linkages also sometimes have the mouse squeaks.
shocks also have mouse squeaks.
if both also have, time to change, however for the knocking sounds, need to either service the shocks or better still, go for BC via Racetech no regrets.
