Is your's the pre-CUV facelift model???
If so, just flip the 3rd row seats up, lift the covering floorboard, then you will see the spare tyre. There's a screw the secure the spare tyre to the bottom, just unscrew it & the spare tyre can be removed liao...

Ya......something like that. Use your tool box accessories to construct a winding lever......that will ease the pain. And the spare tyre need to pump to a 420 kPa pressure (See instr on tyre) compare to our 220kPa tyre. 2009 carens. the latest model for now. same procedure? Is your's the pre-CUV facelift model???
