Hi guys, my rear brake light blew liao. What bulb type and size do i need to get? The car manual not very helpful..

Autobac sell 2 for $3.94....just change recently. P21/5W ---- 21W for Brake and 5W for Night. Hi guys, my rear brake light blew liao. What bulb type and size do i need to get? The car manual not very helpful..

hi all, I couldn't get the cheap p21/5w bulb.. end up getting Philips bulbs, cost me 9.20 at autobacs..

actually those cheap bulbs can be quite lasting too... I still ve 1 or 2 pcs (used) left from my motorbike days, & they r still in working conditions...

WOW......so fast gone alredi......there was a mountains of P21/5 and P28/5W. Did you change both sides ?......if not your brake light will have 2 brightness tone......new ones brighter ......old ones dimmer.... hi all, I couldn't get the cheap p21/5w bulb.. end up getting Philips bulbs, cost me 9.20 at autobacs..

Yah! Atleast 12 yrs ago... Those bulbs no brand ones... I jus picked them up from DIY shops... Think like $1-2 a pc... I bought a few as spares to DIY replace those blown bulbs on my scrambler... Those left behinds were kept in my 'vehicle accessories box'... & i ever used them to replace blown bulbs on my Liana & Carens... Still working! actually those cheap bulbs can be quite lasting too... I still ve 1 or 2 pcs (used) left from my motorbike days, & they r still in working conditions... wow.. Ur bike day very long ago wor.. Wat brand r the bulbs??
