Guys, I want to change the stock yellowish's low beam bulb to a brighter one. Like Osram night breaker or equivalent. I understand that it is H11B in size.. Anyone have a good recommendation?

Hi Bro,
The correct blub should be H1 & H11 for the head light. You can open your bonet and look at the light casing it's indicate there. Osram night breaker with 90% brighter blubs suggested..

H1 & H11 is for NewCarens & after.... For Carens2.0 & before, it is H4...

Hi Bro, I open up bonet.. and i did not see any indicator of the size.. neither H11 nor H1? And seems like is it not possible to take out the low beam bulb..Both high/low beam is covered by a plastic round cap.For high beam is very straight forward, just turn the cap anti clockwise and the bulb can be seen.. But, now for the low beam.. what a design.. Pls help

Bro, Anyway i had just ordered..Some feedback from forumers said that they can't see any engraved showing OSRAM on the metal piece. But, no complaint on the quality. Are you using NB? have u notice that is there any engraving on it?Tq Really hard to know is it genuine or not.. Or any way can we verify with OSRAM? To improve our knowledge level more on OSRAM product.. frankly speaking if it's genuine or not i not sure, all purchase at your own risk thats all i can say.... but trust the bulb will have engraved showing OSRAM on the metal piece...

OSRAM is good? My headlights are damn "chui"... Went to Malaysia and on NSH at night, can hardly see my own headlight even though there was no street lights... hahaha... The "uncle" who taught me how to change the headlights asked me to install "HID".. Yea, as Pepsi mentioned, just remove the screws to the whole headlight assembly.. Then you can take it "out", carry on your arm like a baby, and change easily..

i using Philip Diamond Vision, only give u white light rainny days cannot see the road at night. I thinking change to Osram NB with 90% brighter and 30% further and see how it works.
as for fog lamp bulb ours was 881 but the headlamp casing shows H11B, i;m thinking of trying H11B see if it's really fit......... anybody have 2nd hand/spoilded H11B bulb.
if worst to worst have to go scrap yard find liao........keke

Guys, Done the bulb changing.. Looks complicated but actually is very simple.. To change the head bulb, we have to take out the whole head lamp casing.. But, very simple as only 2 nuts. Here are some pic.. Step 1.) Remove the 2 nuts 2.) push out the head lamp casing 3.) locate the bulb u want to change.turn anti clockwise to open up a small cover, n press the spring to release the bulb..Done Will show some pic during night time for the brightness..
