This URL by the manufacturer is www.scanguage.com/I've tested the guage, it can display the following information from the ECU via the OBD-II port under the steering column. - Fuel Economy - Voltage - Coolant Temperature - Intake Air Temperature - Engine Speed (RPM) - Vehicle Speed (KMH) - Engine Load - Throttle Position - Ignition Timing - Open/Closed Loop Other function this device can do are: - Read/Reset ECU Fault Code - Trip Computer (comprehensive info - similar to whats describe in the owners manual but not found in our cars) Price wise: 1 pc - $329 5 pc and up - $309 Anyone interested? I can ask to loan a demo set during our next meetup. Bernard

Nice, Clever bit of kit. Dont you get a trip computer on your sportages over there? That suckz Hi Madan, The trip computer we get is the simpliest form. Trip A & B - total distance for each. No info on consumption, 'distance to empty', etc. To keep the price low, the local distributor is offering the most basic. No rear fog lamps, no climate control, 1 air bag(driver only), etc etc. Bernard

If 5 or more then we can get at group buy price. As for warranty I didn't ask, but I think no installation included. However, installation is simple, simply plug into the OBD port under steering wheel and place where ever you like. The cable included is quite long(almost 2meters). If you want to hide the cables, I think its not difficult too. Possible to DIY. Bernard

I'll ask the guy if he has experience in yours. But for OBD-II standard, its stipulated that there needs to be an OBD port within the cabin and 1m of the steering wheel. But there are some found on the passenger side that's still within specs. Bernard

I'm driving the 06' Kia Rio 1.6(M) Hatchback. OK. Look under the steering wheel, behind the plastic cover. It should be somewhere there. Usually its a black or white female socket with 2 rows of pin. I'll take a picture of mine and post them later in the week. bernard

I think you will need to get help for installation. The cable that is in the box is 6 feet, if run from engine bay, it might not be sufficient. 1 good thing is the origincal cable that plugs into the guage is terminated with a male RJ45(LAN cable plug) which might mean getting your own extension might not be difficult, but will still need to check if it works and whats the max length it can go. As the guage doesn need external power, it draws its power source from the OBD port. Bernard

I'm interested in getting one. Want to know if anyone using the scangauge II. Are the info provided by the gauge accurate, like fuel economy? Who is the local distributor that I can contact? Thanks guys. I'm using it. For info accuracy, I would say its ok for simple monitoring. As as accurate as it can get, as the info is 'read' from the on-board computer.(If you know how OBD-II works) I'll PM you his contact. Bernard
