heh heh heh... I love it when people ask this question, cos it also means I can take revenge on the stupid place who anyhow did my spoiler... (yes, i'm childish, but it's also a warning to others.)
I do not have a place to recommend, but I DO have the place you shouldn't go to. Can't say the name out but it's near Kovan MRT station, and it has a place with the Corner. (the grammatical error in this sentence is done on purpose.)
Read between the lines, man...
Good luck to wherever you doing your spoiler. Damage is about $150 to $200+++ with installation. Installation takes about half a day if done properly.
I suggest you go to Picanto showroom in this forum and see how the various spoilers look like on our picanto. Then, print out the picture and it'll be easier for you to ask for stock.

yes.
depending on what type of spoiler you want, the installation process will be more than just mounting the spoiler on the car. it also involves filling in gaps (with clay and then sprayed for uniform look) that may be there between the spolier and the car body. this happens when, let say, they use a Getz (or any non-picanto-customised) spoiler onto our car body.
nothing wrong with using other models' spoiler la, since we might want a particular spoiler which is not customised for our picanto. just make sure they do a good job patching up any ugly gaps. Ask before commiting.
