i got it from bro jackzz.. thanks alot to him.. to review H&R after one week drive is... height is definitely to the level i want with good aggressive lower look but not to extent that it looks like fall apart car. height i give 5/5. stiffness is also just the way i wanted.. not super hard , but firm and match with our stock shocks (which are already on firmer side compared to other cars). not a bone cracking ride on smooth roads like in sg. Its springs are not linear like those cheap malaysia makes, but progressive which easily absorb small shocks. only have to slow down more on humps. stiffness i give 5/5 too. it is much better than i expected, in term of high speed stability and handling.. one of my cousin bro parked my car and cracked my front skirt with road curb.. i give 0/5 for his driving..

i had my H&R spring fixed a few mths bk but took it off coz it was too stiff and bumpy for my wife... However, i very much like the lowered look. would it be better to get a coilover instead and is there anywhere selling it?

go malaysia often worth the point to put?? puting a stifferner would it be good on the hnr spring? Sad to say,Comfort doesn't hold hand in hand with better handling (Stiffness). Just like stock 14" wheels comfort as compared to 17" wheels. As for the spring stiffener, not advised to install it on the H&R springs. Reason is because the H&R has already been designed for it's spring rates for this car make, placing a spring stiffener would disrupt it rebound rate, hence supposed improved handling compromised. Never be deceived by workshops telling you to install spring stiffeners on your front suspension. Spring stiffeners is only advisable to be installed on "Stock Rear Springs". I've heard & seen ignorant drivers even installed on their front springs. This is extremely dangerous as when the car needs to brake, cornering, the front suspension needs to dip or flex and react in accordance to the steering input.

well i am not into comfort actually.. i am only concern on the poor road condition in malaysia.. thier potholes is no jokes..either u hit ur bodykits or ur rim is dented. i got a body kit installed so i am kinda 50 50 to fix it up.
my main concern can it clear the humps in malaysia without scrapping the undercarriage
i am thinking very hard should i do it or not...
