if your fog lite meet the LTA Regulations stipuated, should be fine, and dun switch it on when going into the inspection lane can liao.

when i am driving from my hse in sweden to Norway at nite, all the way i didnt use my fog light. then when the sun start to rise..tat is when the fog appear.i enter a thick layer of fog, my fog light is on,,,still i see nothing diff.cos once ur eye get use to the darkness, u dont need ur light to be very bright.COs most of the time we r driving with high beam.only when there are car infront of u or coming from opp direction then will switch back to low beam..so fog light is jus add in as additional feature..

Tutucake, if frequent NSHW advise u go for HID rather than the fog lite. Frankly speaking the fog lite doesn't help much. Those 4300k HID will give u a better view when @ NSHW.
