15" swee swee, but 14" uses less petrol, save $$. Me on kyowa ce28 - 185/55/14.. best of both worlds.. bear in mind that max is 195/45/15 or else, tyres will hit fender when doing full lock.. cheers

Any bro can help mi out on this issue too, do like to check on 1 thing. I intend to get a 15" rims, but wats the size for the tyres that inspection will be able to pass and also considering into factors that will not affect pica FC so much due to tyre height, width etc.
Can any1 quote mi some of the tyres size + brand on a 15" sports rim

For 15", the most common is 195/45/15. If u go for 195/50/15, not too sure but ever heard some bros installing. Not too good for the engine. Yoko and falcons are common tyre brands but falcon is kinda noisy but with good handling performance... FC sure affected if on 15" unless go for light weighted ones which r pretty costly.. IMho, not worth loh. Best to stick to 14". Many bros have changed from 15 to 14" due to the drastic FC increase. So make a wise choice bro.

bro pica .. i do unds that 15" is not recommended coz currently i looking at some factor whereby when doin cornering for pica will more stable.. not too sure whether 14" will give mi such secure. For the time being, i using the stock 13" steel rim.. wah, CMI sia.. scary wheel.
As i unds u mention the tyre for 15" is 195/45/15, will it hit the fender when full lock?

our stock tyre is smaller than m/cycle.. def must change asap for safety sake.. If ur concern is cornering stability, go for 185/14 profile is more than enough liao. Our pica is light so must use as wide a tyre as possible. 195/45/15 WILL NOT hit fender, but sure increase ur FC tremendously, prob to ard 12km/l. my 185/55/14 doing great on high speed cornering.. very ze stable

i dnon tink 14" will get more and more limited considering the increasing number of small cc cars like ours. i agree 15"s are safer during rainy days or cornering or even when it comes to e-braking, but the fc is another thing to take in mind. for me, im using 14" with 165/55 tires which i personally find a bit unsafe cos car will tend to skid when brake hard, maybe can use 14"s with 175/185 width low profile tires to have a safe and economy ride.

15" inch realli will cost FC to increase so much .. i thot that if let say u get the tyre whereby their width is wider but height shorter, its almost abt having the same/ slightly higher FC when havin a 14" inch.. realli considering wad size rim to buy nw. as i wan more safety and better conering.. confusing

15" light rims will have slightly higher fc than a normal 14", but prepare to pay more, maybe >$800. As to ur "their width is wider but height shorter" issue, thats y most picantorians choose 195/45/15 which is most common.. safety and better conering is more than enough for a 185 width le bro...

15" is purely for the looks... If u dun mind compromising a bit on higher petrol cost, then by all means.. I like the 15" looks too. hee
