Hi fellow Picanto owners, my ride's is expiring soon. I do not have plans yet to get another ride, so I won't be trading it in to car dealers. I would like to know the process to scrap the car. If you have similar experience, really appreciate it if you share with me how its done

Get the Saturday ST, there is a scrap car section or walk around HDB car park, there is always some name card that take scrap car. I get one almost every now and then.
You may even get some value out of the body.
If you go to the scrap yard, you actually need to pay the company to scrap your car.
There used to have a Singapore Website that publish export rate for various.
Some member taught me, I sold my "Last Japan Made" Corolla for 6K instead of 1K when I found out the export rate is 9K.
Remember, Road Tax always follow the new owner. As most collector usually ask for transfer instead of Scrap.
Don't drive to the last day, given yourself a 1~2 month grace. Expired is Expired, LTA is not known to offer grace period.
