Do you feel any different when gear shift? Why didn't you ask the mech when they change the ATF? If worry than do a drain and refill for a peace of mind.
If I can recall, my first ATF change the mech use Toyota Type IV. Ask them why and they say spec the same. Second change about 1 yr later. I brought my own SP III and ask another WS to change it. The third change is about 2 yr later. I had the transmission filter replaced together with ATF change but this round using Amsoil. Last year just drain and refill with Amsoil but also mix with SP III because of shortage. Next month, my pica will turn to 9.

SP III ATF are slightly thicker compare to Honda DW-1 so maybe that's the problem, do consider changing it to any compatible fully syn SP III spec ATF, for example like Amsoil Syn ATF or Redline D4, those provide the most level of protection under Singapore high heat road condition, mineral just unable take the heat here.
