Hi, I think it is your fuel pump going up lorry. I have that problem last year, when I start my car it seem to be weak as there is a delay in pump fuel into the engine. By right when you start your ignition, your should immediate hear your fuel pump sound.
U can try first and see if yes then confirm u need to change your fuel pump already else very soon u can't start your car

What's fuel pump? How much? Is it a wear tear issue? Or at which mileage should change?

When I park MCS the start up is normal. Only when I park in more forested area overnight then the sound is different. Wonder is it the mist too cold.

Could be battery also, charging voltage doesn't indicate the usable capacity of the battery left. Just bring it to my store as we have a battery analysiser, we can check for you if you want.
