I need some advice from u guys urgently! I was stationary parking when a fire engine knocked into me so how should i go about it for the claiming? Should i go to my own work shop or go straight to Kia Motor? I have already went to make a police report and also made a report at IDAC too.

I would suggest going to C&C to do the claims... Since you're gonna claim from other people, it doesn't matter how much it'll cost... at least C&C will have all the exact parts and will replace rather than repair most of the time...

i tried calling c&c and they dun wanna take up the case to claim third parties cos it is against goverment vehicle which will take around 6 to 1 year. therefore i went to my own workshop...boring on one thing it is that the workshop i went only help to knock back and respray the area that was being banged by the fire engine.

Hi allblue, that why I told you to go your own wk for claiming C & C will take their own sweet time , tell you have to wait one year or plus like that and they are not aggressive at claiming other as well.... My advice to you, go to your own wk shop and they will really do a fast claim for you...
