Suggest you clean up the Throttle Body and Idle Air Controller and monitor from there.

Did cleaning of Throttle Body and idle air controller.Same problem. throttlebody butterfly valve flushed? usually its the IACV problem with the component getting clogged up too. Replace a new IACV and make sure the butterfly valve is flushed. should be ok. Else Gresini is right, air leak in from somewhere else need to troubleshoot.
