Hi all my car is a manual picanto and it recently crossed the 4.5 years mark and it's due for servicing soon. The mileage is now 67k+ KM. There are some issues that I'm not sure if I should look after now or later. Hope that some of the experts can advise.
1. When the car is started cold, there is a squeaking sound coming from the belts area. It's quite loud sometimes especially when the weather is cold. The sound goes away as the engine warms up. I've visually inspected the belts and don't see any cracks or fraying. Should I get the belts/bearings replaced or can it wait till about 70k+ KM. I'm worried if it will wear out any vital components.
2. I had my power steering fluid changed about 1.5 years ago. Normally do I need to change it every 2 years or just a top up is fine?
3. I noticed that bro Gresini said that at 5 years we should get valve clearance check/adjustment. No idea how this is done and if it will be costly.
4. What are the sensors that need cleaning and usually how much more will they charge?
5. Does our manual transmission have fluid? How do I actually check the fluid level and/or condition. How will I know it needs replacement/top up.
6. My air-con is still cold, do I need to service it besides changing the cabin filter?
Thanks for reading.

1. go WS readjust belt.. or to play safe.. change whole of timing belt 2. No need. Top up is fine. If u worry.. Change... (DIY) 3. Ask him... wait for his reply... 4. I only clean Intake sensors (DIY)... 5. Have.. Usually i change around 30-40k. (DIY) 6. Just change cabin filter. For me, air-con cold dun touch (will be more problem if touched). Up to individual. Overall its Up to Individual to whether change or not.. go WS or DIY.. As long as the car is well-maintained..
