Hi all, if we turn our key ignition to ACC position and power up a single device using the power socket eg. dvr cam. Will it drain the car batt over night?

nope. my car is push-start and it has its setting to ACC position.
I dont know for your case because my push-start overwrites the ignition.

Perhaps I should rephrase my question...if I turn my key ignition position to ACC and power up a single socket device over night, does the batt still have enough power to crank start the engine in the morning?

Your battery has a capacity of 60 AH. Meaning if your device consume 1 Ampere/hour, you can drain the battery for 60 hours until it is totally flat.
