Actually to be frank with you they didnt check much? 1. 2. means your car is properly tinted. 3. transmission mounting is wear and tear parts. Which might need to change depending on the problem it will cause. If you are buying a secondhand car just be prepared to pay for wear and tear parts. And find a good workshop which would carrot you.
Oh and best to find out whether your exhaust is meddled with before e.t.c

Transmission mounting does it mean engine mounting?
If yes, prepare around $500 to do all the engine mounting....
Like we say this report is very vague, if you have already purchase and sign for this vehicle, just send it to a WS preferly that is specialised in Korea ride to do a check.
They can further advise on that area.
1. & 2. should be no problem with the authorities.

If your transmission mounting is badly worn out, you will feel strong vibration and noise when the vehicle is stationary. The noise disappears when the vehicle starts moving. Putting the gear in Neutral reduces the noise but vibration can still be felt.
I've changed my transmission mounting before (AT).
