Hi, just faced this headlight problem when switching on my head light just now. When i switch on my small light(turning forward once) my two small bulbs are working fine, but when i start switching on the normal beam(turning forward twice), there's no light coming out form my main blubs(left and right) at all but the two small bulbs still lighted up, went on to try high beam and both main blubs are brightly lighted up in full blast. Tried turning off my high beam for normal beam by pulling back my stalk backwards to original position but my normal beam doesn't work. So got no choice but to use high beam all the way home, anyone knows whats the problem? thanks!

hi ever considered the problem of your normal beam spoiled. meaning the filament got burned beyond usage? Try replacing a new bulb. If your's is hid high chances that i am ride cause i encountered that before.

If you would like a set to test, I have a spare set of H4's I could give to you if you don't mind coming up to woodlands.

is yours the pre- F/L model or the F/L model? If pre-F/L you will need to pull it upwards with all your bull might after removing the 2 size 10 bolts securing the headlights See this video: youtu.be/q2O4ntZ00ZgIf it's your first time removing might be a bit hard, but it will come out if you pull hard enough. Took me two tries and it gets easier after the first time.
