if it's a new car, the first 2 servicings are free... if 2nd hand then it'll depend on the mileage...

They charge by package,
Cheapest is basic engine oil change, oil filter n checks cost $144
20k with brake servicing will be 240 ++
30k I think 300++
40k $400++
Ard there. Quite expensive but no choice if u want 100% warranty coverage.

But if u brought second hand and previous owner never send to CnC, yr warranty also not well covered.
If already 2yrs old, then my advice is go outside wksp.

Hi me just gotten a 2nd hand which is due for servicing at 34k or July.
To my understanding ex-owner did servicing at C&C, so you guys think it's good to go back to agent?
So Lideral, my apologies for hi-jacking your post.
Cheers / Maveric

Hi maveric you can do that at times. But don't do it too obvious. Heard of people doing 1 servicing cnc and one outside than cnc.

The simple rule is, when want to claim warranty on some parts, do it during the time u send for servicing, if no problems, then do outside..
I go CnC once a year using the chartis insurance voucher, the other times I do outside.

Hi shy3r, How does the package came about? Did my 1k servicing. They never intro any packages to be yet... The 4 times servicing package is ard $1200. After u used up the 4 times, u renew, the renewal package will be ard $900+..and subsequently.. renewing of package pricing is lower and lower..

So Lideral, my apologies for hi-jacking your post. Cheers / Maveric Go back to agent service got pros and cons. If u go back agent service, in future u wanna sell ur car away, dealers cant adjust mileage. but u get warranty for 5 yrs (not all items are 5 yrs warranty, read ur instruction manual or go to KIA service website and read). But if u dun go back agent service, in future u sell , dealers can adjust ur mileage and can offer u higher trade in price. but u risk ur warranty will be void. To me, I drove 2 yrs plus on my forte, regularly go back agent service. kinda expensive. and i nv claim a warranty parts at all during these 2 yrs. haha.. so up to ur own discretion.

Cheers Go back alternate lo.. 10k outside, 10k agent.. Ur... that's the tricky part. I was introduce to this engine oil when I was driving my lancer. The specification of the products on the brochure indicate that it can runs about 40 K. Which I have tried on my lancer changing after 20 K. Oil looks pretty good and it's still pretty watery. So was thinking of trying the products on this babe. Was worried that it may void the warranty. Cheers

Thanks then you should had seen the oil before you pour it in, that's the best way to gauge... usually oil is slightly and thick with a clear yellow/reddish colour... after some time it'll become dark and watery... that's usually...
