Yup like what khoo has adviced get it checked at either places, if you arent sure of where is leaking. When you top up the coolant you need to rev your car to check if there is leakage.

have you go to workshop for checking ? seen you can see coolant coming out from top tank is either your radiator can faulty or your radiator is giving way keep asking here for idea will not solve your problems. if you ready want try fix yourself go buy a new radiator cap to replace it then monitor the leak again.

Check plastic cap if any residue there, sometimes the crack is very minimal cannot be seen... buy the part from ming ghee and replace...

Hmm.. Did you seek 2nd opinion? I think changing the radiator is not cheap.
Perhaps changing a gasket will do. Gasket tends to deteriorate over time and will give way. When it leaks while under pressure, it could also mean there's some loose connection at some joint.
Of course I cannot confirm what I've said but best is to seek 2nd opinion. If unfortunately all workshops said the same thing, probably got to fork out the cash to change radiator.
