Guys, is there any really cooling tinted for windows? Cos the weather is getting hotter, I know Lta approve tint must be 70+? But is there any approve tint but look abit dark? Or only clear type?

Not easy to find. I kena lta check. Stock windscreen for koup. They use meter test n result was 71. Mine somemore original without any tinted film.

The tint does not really affect the sunlight, i.e. its not the color... its the UV protection which matters. The dark colored ones only help to prevent glare..

hot is Infra Red rejection. black is just for glare.

Uv protection is costly? I wanted those really can protect from Uv, I see some cars with their windows is light blue type, those is wat?

Got. I even went sin min vitas to let them check again.
Can't be dark but can make for more uv tint if u want legal.

the glass by itself already has more than 70% UV rejection...
most window films u find outside gives 99% UV protection regardless of grade... the grade is determined by the IR rejection rate which is the part which produces heat... the higher the IR rejection the more expensive...
higher IR rejection does not mean the tint is darker, it is just the better IR rejection layer used in the film...
all in all, 99% IR rejection rate does not mean that your car won't heat up under hot sun... it only slows down the rate that the car gets heated up...
