Ive been searching high and low for after market horn for my picanto.. I find that the stock horn is way to soft for my liking..
As it is, I have narrowed down to several options.. Stebel magnum 2, PIAA and hella supertones.. What's your take on the brands that I have mentioned? Or perhaps any other brand to recommend? I'm open to any suggestion.. If u guys are able to share the price and the workshop to have it fix, that would be great.. Thanks in advance!!

Just go to autobacs, press all the horns and buy the one that sounds nicest to you

that's the way to test the horn if not how to find out, when you get the most scolding that mean you have found the loudest HORN.
