I also found mine a little low and found out the following:- If you are comparing typical Japanese Car E.g. Vios, Altis, Latio and etc, our car is definitely lower due to the design of the cabin as they have a lower floor. Our floor is higher and our seat are lower too. Ours are identical design to Civic. Hope it clarifies. At first I also found my car low and my cousin who is used to Altis thought that I had lowered the springs. :S

Checking color of the spring is one way.... brown is H & R spring, slightly purple Vogtland spring.... wording hard to see as there are dirt and wearing off...with the dirt sometimes also hard to differentiate...
Another way is to check fender gap....
Check fender gap lor.... I think stock is 4 fingers can go in for front....205/50/16 tyre profile...
If fender gap is 2.5 finger or below is lowering spring....
If the fender gap is huge and you still feel low.... adjust your seats higher....haha
