I read this from another post : Bros... Just to check.. Daniel need your advice... After re-adjusting my water temp gauge at Harmony Motor after my 1st "Semi-Major Repair"... My temperature gauge reads 110ºC - 115ºC..
Especially on hot-day during traffic jam... My temperature shoot so high damn scary leh... Should i go Harmony check? Or just regular workshop like the one at Kaki Bukit you recommended to check??

Hi Gresini, I can say your temp reading is on the High Side do get it check ASAP, maybe your thermostat was not open big enough or not opening at all. what u mean by semi major repair ? what have been done ?
Post by Gresini on Mar 19, 2012 21:08:12 GMT 8
Semi just simply changing engine bearings, oil seals, refitting crank/conrod bearings, trimming off cyl head, revalving, readjusting rocker arms loh... That will lower my eng temp...

Cruising w a/c on should not hit over 93c even in hot afternoon. Only when u wack den will hit 95-96c. Normal should be below 90c. Thus, ur temp is consider high bearing in mind tat u dun wack ur car like we do. But have u check w HM?
