when i pull the fuel cover opener from the side bottom of driver side, the fuel cover did not open. ended up i need to use screw driver to dig n twist a little on one corner of the fuel cover, n ask my friend to pull again from driver side n it open finally. after pump petrol n closed back the cover, i try again to pull from driver side without the help of screw driver, it stucked again. anyone encounter this?

mine also got stucked before. there a metal in between the two no. 10 nut .try to bend in up. that because we close and open so the metal act as a spring had flaten and so cannot push the door open. it happen two time on my V2.

Pull outer so that when you close the cover it act like a spring to push the cover out.

here another solution. When u open the cover, u can see the catch and the "teeth". Take a plier and trim the excess "teeth" to make shorter. Now no more jam fuel cover, and open every time.
