my picanto bonnet suddenly cannot close when i open it. need to push very hard inorder to close it. Never happen before. Any one know what happen? I spray wd 40 also cannot solve, need to sent to workshop.

Advice you to send to your workshop to have a check, it could be cable jam or your bonnet catch lock jam.

Bro, you can use your hand to try touching below the hole which is on the middle.. Mine can't close too, dur to the catch cable is loose, but I will just use my finger to touch below the hole to inorder to let the catch to come out, and after that can be close liao

just went to workshop. lubricate the catch, still not working. Was unformed they need to order the part and fix. The staff there informed picanto got this catch problem

bro, u can try this workshop they help me to repair mine too.. the bonnet lock catch was jam and what he did is insert in the washer and it done.. place: Enous industrial estate blk 1061, "LAU" motor workshop look for ah meng...

bought the latch assembly at min ghee auto at 8 Jln Lembah Kallang, less than $30. DIY in 10 mins. Bicycle fix skill level required.
