i am another happy customer doing service (black new Carens) 1st time with harmony motor last Sat at Jurong. thanks Joanne. Will go back to change break pad this coming Sat, hope to get the pad ready when I arrives.

On Sat drove to JB, halfway realised clutch not working properly....called Joey n amazingly...thru phone he can dignose the problem....as temporary measure ask me to go to any wksp there...but...i dunnoe wat they do den my clutch cannot work at all...with Joey's help..manage to tow my car back to sg ( to harmony amk) safely the same nite.....now...my clutch is done...as well as my servicing is also done.....
TNX JOEY.....n also AH HUA n QUIN.C of AMK Harmony Motors...definitely this wont be my last time going there...will visit there more....

My car broke down too - engine overheat due to spoil fan motor. However, manage to get a tow truck with Joey help!! Not forgetting Joanna and other stuff there. Thank you so much for all your help. Hopefully my pica will be good and no more breakdowns anymore.

Thanks to Ah Hua and team (AMK branch) for their efficient service in finding the fault in my 2nd hand '06 picanto this morning. Apparently, one of the bolts securing the P/S pump was loose and caused it to rub against the pulley!

Thanks to the crew @ Jurong...
Was my 1st time visiting Harmony after reading the forums and im happy with the service provided... even washing my car as well....
Joanne was splendid with her cheerful attitude... and Joey thanks for the info on some prob i had that nobody can give me a clear answer too except that yours was the most logical... i would definately return to service at Harmony again...
*ps - oh hope the "boh steady" customer didnt spoil ur day tat day"

thanks Ah Hua (AMK branch) in rectifying & correcting the "knocking sound" on my Forte on Monday 29/8/11 which I've tolerated for more than 6 mths. Cheers!

Well I am first time there in Harmony and the experience is good with friendly service they give to the customers. Thanks to Joey, Joanne and the staff for changing my Picanto front absorber, damper and mounting. Most importantly they tried to minimise my gear change problem(Got Gong sound when change gear from 1st gear to 2nd).. Everyone in Harmony really thanks and now I even more enjoy my picanto! Will be back for other services! See you guys!
