hello,
wanna ask, do you do oil seal change? what would the price be?
went C&C and they told me oil seal hardened and kaput liao.
wanna ask for your advise. cause i got this problem.
if my picanto while going upslope at 2nd gear got no power, what could the fault possibly?
scenario is this. while climbing slope of about 40degrees at 2nd gear. the car can accelerate to 40km/h and no matter how i press the accelerator or upgear, it will not increase speed or have the power to go faster. the rpm at this point will be at 3000rpm and even if it goes up to 4000rpm, still unable to pick up speed.
any possible advise?
not sure if following will be relevant or not but here goes. picanto manual bought sept 2006 before the problem began, fc at 15km/h. after problem, 12km/h. crankshaft bolt broke twice. after 2nd replacement with C&C in april 2011, problem starts surfacing.

Seems that you have quite a big problem in your hand. Crankshaft bolt broken is no small matter. There are many oil seals in your engine, which one? I suspect it's your clutch problem. Please arrange to let me test drive.

I think it would be good to let Joey test drive himself. Sometimes it's hard to describe the symptoms over the phone.
