Anybody done this DiY or workshop? Any recommendations for reliable workshop with reasonable price? Does it really helps to in regaining the torque and power?

Hi,
You can go to whitesnail to do throttle body cleaning. I think it's not really to regain power and torque but more for idling sensor.

Vibrations can be caused by many problems. But if you are using the stock filter, then I don't think there's a need to do it.
To improve FC and throttle sensitivitiy, you should look at other means, not TB cleaning. Improving throttle sensitivity is easier than improving FC. FC is almost fixed as the a/f ratio is preset in your fuel mapping. No matter what you do, the a/f ratio is always fixed at 14.7 at partial throttle (closed loop). Once in open loop, it drops to 11.5 - 12.5, depending on your ECU mapping.
If you really want to improve your FC to the max, keep your rpm low. However, you will sacrifice driveability because your acceleration will be too slow. It is also not good for the engine as it is restricted to operating within an rpm range. So try to strike a balance between FC and driveability. Also avoid sharp pressure on the throttle. If you need to drop gear to overtake, do it in a gradual manner.
This is what I do, but each engine is different. You will have to find the correct rpm range to operate. So try and error to find a good balance between FC and driveability.
