My reverse sensor seems to have gone a bit crazy Supposed to have continous beep when very near obstacle, however even if there is nothing behind it keeps having the continuous beep! Any idea where to get it fixed and the potential damage??

I used to have this problem too.
Not sure if the sensors are dirty or the wiring loose. It all stopped when i found the sensors wiring dangling and disconnected. Now one of the sensors not working and the problem is gone. ;D
So most probably caused by a poor connection i suppose.

Any bro know where to get cheap reverse sensor?
Have been having intermittent problem with the sensor. Many times when engage reverse gear, no beep sound from sensor. When that happen, the reverse light also will not lite up. When i knock on the rear bumper (Where the sensors are located, the beep sound will turn on but once drive to another location and engage reverse gear, again no beep sound from sensor. Is there a way to just change the sensor main unit without changing the 2 sensors at the rear bumper?

Here there, you might want to try the place where I got mine replaced, the price seems reasonable.
