Bro petf69, we can't. I asked KMC about this. Only the USA models actually have this as a working light, as it is required by their traffic laws. For the ROW (including Sgp) models, it (the white one) is only decorative and there is no wiring harness nor provision to install bulbs. If we want it as "original", we have to change the entire headlamp cluster and wiring. There are aftermarket mods, like the one you referred to. But it will require the headlamp assembly to be dismantled, the LED strip added, wiring modified (think this is a simple tap to the turn signal and position lights using a relay), and then the entire cluster re-assembled. ManCando claims they can do it (for about $250, iirc) and confident of the re-assembled cluster remaining water-tight. You may wish to check with them again. It will surely void C&C warranty (at least for the headlamps), I should think. There should be others who can do similar. Some of the K5 bro's have good W/S contacts, and maybe they can share... wow I wonder if mancando can install these LED ängel eye"lights as well since they are capable of dismantling and assembling the headlights back without compromising water integrity. Nice...!!
Jeff, why not check with them..? as you say, if they can open up & put back the headlamp assembly, the angel eyes are just simple mechanics.
They are Sin Ming Industrial, next to the unit where Tuff-Coat does their undercarriage spraying. Block 1, Sin Ming Industrial Estate Sector C, # 01-127 Singapore 575636. Tel: (+65) 6458-5649

Jeff,
you are thinking of using carbon sticker to paste over it?

I have a quick question to fellow K5 owners. Any of you stop going to C&C service centre to service your beloved car? if you do, can you share which workshop you are going to?
Thanks in advance

wow, that's nicely done...!! A + for the Snow White or Black colours. Difficult to visualise for the other K5 colours. The black's under the sports bodykit will provide some balance(?).

fortunately, the matt sticker goes well with the matt stickers on the rim. I was afraid it will look distasteful.
and yes, it will work only for car with white or brighter colors

Tommy, my friend checked. Vendor will not arrange delivery overseas. Work-around as follows..: a. local delivery to address in S Korea.... KRW10,000. b. post/courier to Sgp..., depending on package total weight. registered. 6kg @krw70,000; 10kg @ KRW95,000; 15kg @ KRW125,000. Actually, it doesn't look too expensive? Probably like KRW200k ~250k ? Catch for you is... no option for Metal Bronze! they only have for Snow White Pearl Silver light Silver Satin Metal Light Graphite Platinum Graphite Santony Blue Black Pearl This is now closed.... Sorry, guys. Not nice to have my buddy hanging on.

Hi Vincent,
my apology for not confirming my interest earlier. I am still keen if it is convenient for your friend to coordinate. I was exploring setting up a DHL account for them to go over to pick up tp avoid the hassel

Tommy, you're a lucky fellow! I also asked, and just received a reply from, ManCanDo. They can do for $250, inclusive installation, spray and GST. But they need a 50% deposit to order the spoiler from Korea. I've asked if they will offer a GB deal if we can get minimum 3 to do. Ray (from ManCando) also wrote that they have "quite a few new items" in or coming. this is one of them. www.urive.co.kr/english/products/car_black_box.htmlMaybe you might want to check them out and also ask about the side light and angel lights that bro's petf69 and Jeffyeo brought up...??

www.doctc.com/shop/goods/goods_view.php?goodsno=60633&category=012051OK, guys.. Ray replied that they are prepared to do a GB deal on this, but discount depends on the actual number involved. Other than Tommy, anyone else interested? Please list below.. Probably we'll need (I do!!) to mull over this, as it significantly changes the look of our K5's. Say, interest check for the GB will expire Sunday 20/1/2013...? 1. 2.

BTW, Ray is from ManCando. Blk 1, Sin Ming Industrial Estate Sector C, #01-127, S(575636) www.mancando.com/images/Map.jpgPS: Tommy. The Metallic Bronze paint colour code is D0 or DO. It's not one of the standard colour available for the lip spoiler but Ray thinks it should not be a problem to get it done. I'm not going ahead with it.., all in my family don't think it fits the "sharp" look of our K5.

Hi, guys..
anyone can help with info where one can "repair" a car's body kit?
Was one of those re-directed to the Heavy/Goods Vehicle lane at Singapore-side CIQ yesterday. The road humps were HUGE and with the worn-down road surfaces before & after one of the many humps we have to go over from Immigration to Customs to exit, parts of my K5's original side skirt and butt panel have taken a beating. Something's loose at the back, so I suspect the supporting parts may have stretched or sheared

Hi K5 owners, I just have 1 query.
The K5 model now comes with solar glass.
Anyone used it without solar films? Is it as good? Will it be redundant to have solar films?
