Incase when u are screwing the screws back, dun overscrew it, its breaks the plastic on the headlight. In short, not too tight.

put your index, middle and ring finger into the base of the assembly, give it a hard tug and you should disengage the clip that holds on to the base of the headlight.
Force needed here: exactly like lifting a beer barrel (full load).
after disengaging it, this part will need a bit more skill.
hold on to the curves of the headlight assembly, pull it out hard. a little bit lesser force than the previous step, but be careful that the paint doesn't come out. To prevent this from happening, you can also use a blacktape and tape any sharp points that the headlight and the body may come into contact while tugging the headlight out.
To fix back, do the entire opposite. how the light come out, how it should go in. headlight will not be aligned properly again if you don't put in force this time. use a little bit of force, push the assembly inward and towards the centre of the body of the car. you should engage the bottom clips. once they are in, the 2 nuts that you unscrew previously should align itself very nicely with your headlight for you to screw it back effortlessly.
hope this help!
