Think of changing to a new rim next year but dont know should go for 14 or 15 inch...
heard many said 15' is more stable when turning... but will the FC seriously increased?
btw how much more as compare to 14 & 15?
any1 change 14 to 15? or more change from 15 to 14?

You mean from width 185 change to 195, the FC still got better? yea, the width of 195/45 is equivalent to 185/55 touching the ground... i've forgotten why but you can google it... or maybe ask those reputated tyres dealers...

Price wise is it diff alot? price of rim is the same, depends on the designs and brands... 14" tyres will be cheaper than 15" but not much, S$10-30 per tyres, again depending on the brands and models... it took me 2 mths of research before i change rims & tyres...

yea, the width of 195/45 is equivalent to 185/55 touching the ground... i've forgotten why but you can google it... or maybe ask those reputated tyres dealers... hi there pardon me but if i do not remember wrongly, 195 is a wider tyre compared to 185. As for comparing a 14 inch rim using a profile of 185/55 to tat of 195/45, the overall diameter of the former is almost an inch bigger than the latter. Hence it appears that your current wheels may be undersized. This may lead u to calculate a peudo better FC as u are actually travelling less (and slower) than what ur odo (and speedo) are indicating..

Hi... so u spend how much for the RIM & tyres? if free can take some pic of the RIM?

if $800 for 15" rims only, sure exp wor
if $800 for 15" rims + tyres, must see what brand/model of tyres ... it is ard this price range
some shops accept trade in the old rims and tyres (if not too old/worn) for up to $200 ... so u pay ard $600 for the new set

hey guys!
I'm not associated with them hor....
but maybe can try Poh Heng Tyres?
They carry a number of rims and tyres... if lucky, may get some good condition 2nd hand rims at good bargain...
Be warned... call before u go... always long queue...
IMHO... if want FC savings, just wider tyres won't help cos same weight rim + wider tyres = increasing FC but lighter rims wider tyres may help.... not an expert.. just some feedback... ;D
You may wana try eagle F1
