16 inch rim makes finding tyres with the right profile very difficult, so far only heard of people using 195/50/15, some reported no problems, some had 'rubbing' against wheel well when doing full-lock turns. 195/55/15 will definitely rub against wheel well I guess...

15 inch rims are good enough for our pica. I've check with the malaysian pica club. it will cause scrapping of the tyre when you make a full turn.

yah but will affect your FC more or less... i change mine since first day to 195/45/15, looks ok and til now still going ok for me...

i think 15" is good enough for pica. I tired the 16, driving control is good. but the feels heavy at the lower end. so change back to 15. and i realise my fc only clicks at 320km, where using 15 i can click at 400km.

yesterday tried pulling my steering all the way and then i could feel something soft when i engaged all the way to the end... is it scraping of the fender?

What is the error on the speedometer for 195/50R15 tyres? If im on 80km/hr driving, what is the actual speed?
