Hello all Pros, can anyone confirm that V2 and Avante is using the same engine. I know there are some positive and negative remarks about light weight crank pulley but if they are the same engine, are they inter-changeable? All input will greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance

Thanx bro, I will confirm later b'cos I remember the engine layout is the same except for the air filter box which come with the snorkel for Avante and if I remember correctly, their ECU is inside the engine bay.Anyway, I checked with Alutec that crank pulley is also applicable with Avante,V2 and Forte.

Engine and chassis is the same. The shell and the rest are different. No sure about the pulley though because the V2 is about 100+ kg heavier than the Avante. That explains why it has better FC than the V2 but that also means the pulley requirements for the V2 may be more.

Have checked with my friend's Avante and measure the all pulleys and serpentine belt, all same.Thanx all for the input
