Good day to all,
Wish to find out any bros and sis ever drive pica to genting? How long does it take? Can pica tahan driving up steep slopes? Please advise.

can why not, i drove up to thailand follow by genting by picanto. Just make sure u do a check up on the car before u go.

there were threads regarding this before, 101% can, just need to ensure all's well with your ride before setting off, get your workshop to check everything, fluids level la, spare tire la and have all the necessary stuff/contact numbers ready, good to go liao to win some $$$

if yours is auto, at deep slope must got L1 and be careful of sharp turn

Will my ride get over heated when going up the slope? Saw alot of ride stop at the road side due to over heat.

just dun keep on stepping on your brakes and holding, pratice intermittent braking, thats what i did when i went Genting with my AT ride

MY ADVISE IS USE THE GEAR and keep the rpm high (2500 -4500) and if auto select the L1 or lower if necessary while going up, occasionally where the road is longer and permitted to cruise a bit you might shift back to normal D. Do not worry about the high engine rpm, it will not spoil the car. try it and you know. You can actually keep up with the taxi going up if you master the use of the gear correctly(manual).
