Hi Harmony motors,
My pick up seems a bit sluggish and fc worse than b4.
I suspect it's the spark plugs that i installed 3-4 mths back that is too cold.
Is it possible to come down for an inspection? how much?
Thanks!

Hi Leostar, Can share with me what is the model of plugs you changed? If you changed with us, you can PM me your vehicle number i'd check there. You are right that cold plugs actually cause sluggishness at cooler engine temperatures... Let me check out the plugs you're using before we know what to inspect... there maybe other things that is causing sluggish and poor FC symptoms

Hi bro,
Brisk rated 14 plugs are already classified as a cold plug. (http://www.briskusa.com/technical_02heatrange.htm)
It would be a good idea (economically) to check if your pica buddy if they dont mind, bring their ride in, we swap your plugs with theirs and you can effectively check out if your sluggishness is due to your heat range.
I recommend this because of several factors: 1) I cannot loan a new heat range 15 for your test as no one else will buy it if you end up not changing it from us. (we could of course charge you a fee and loan you lar... but i'm trying to make it free for you)
2) Why we cannot tell if it feels sluggish (except extreme cases) is we havent felt your car before the problem surfaced. (Minor sluggish is very judgemental and we dont like to guess)
However, we can check mechanically what is the probable cause when you do send it in..
Hope thats a good deal for you? =)

If you don't mind, can come to me and I will temporary change a set of used plug for testing purpose.

Although I must emphasize that QF will NOT increase the temperature too much, it's still marginal gain. Sometime, hot weather cause higher temperature then QF. If you don't feel any diff, that is to say the rating is good.

Thanks Joey! Guess is my Fuel pump filter that giving me the problem all the time For Fuel Filter, advised to change every 60k km. If you top up M'sia petrol more often, then should change it earlier.
