I have been thinking of cleaning my pica engine compartment, coz it's quite dirty. I know that it's not a norm practice to do it.
How many of you does clean your engine compartment? What method are you using. Steam cleaning or just degreaser.

Wait for engine to cool down 1st before you spray. Use normal soap will do, car shampoo more expensive leh!

In the past, I used a brush and detergent(breeze) mixed with water and brush the oil and dirt then wash down with water then dry with cloth.

Besides air-blowing, can use a damp cloth/sponge to wipe the plastic parts clean.. Although it's quite redundant to some, I find it a good practice to clean the engine compartment.. I clean mine too, although not meticulously but clean enough to make it look "presentable" in a way..
