if other cases, u can try 9 Pioneer Rd Nth #01-53 S628461 look for Tony 62660544. u hav to get ur own replacement car though, but they work fast (not many clients) and workmanship oso good.

I'm not so sure on whose right or fault and SUV said no fault to her too. So no private settlement but either claim will go to our own insurance company or if this is her fault after report review (am i right to say this way?), am i entitled to claim from her insurance company? and should i check her insurance company's panel workshop? otherwise is it possible i cannot get claim if i went to non-partner workshop of her insurance company?
headache... =(

erm for this case, most important are the pictures taken during the accident. it should show all the positions for both vehicles and all the lane markings, directions and stop sign. if u were on the main way and there's a stop line where the suv should wait, got pictures taken for this, then she can't win for sure. if its her fault, then depending on ur insurance policy (classic or premium), u can either proceed to the authorized or personal workshop. if still in doubt best is to call ntuc 24-hour hotline 63INCOME (6346 2663).
good luck broe...

Thanks a lot bro~! My insurance policy is CLASSIC. What is the different? I did took few pictures for the accident scene. Yes, there is a stop line for SUV and i'm on the main way. Just finish reported at IDAC and the clerk there told me to send the accident scene picture to ntuc for officer review and better chance to win the case. but here is the tricky portion.
According to the clerk, My car repair cost estimated exceed 500 bucks. Both parties are using NTUC so in this case, there will be 2 options for me after report:-
- Send my car to personal workshop (IF i wanna claims on her insurance) - leave my car at IDAC or NTUC appointed workshop (IF i claim my own insurance)
If i send my car to personal workshop e.g. Bro TeaNazeR recommended, If i win the case (after review and finalize by NTUC Officer), the workshop can proceed to help me to claims from third party insurance (which is the SUV insurance), no need to pay a 500 buck(dunno what excess fee), no NCD affected. If this is a 50/50 case, both insurance cover/bare 50% of the cost but i need to pay cash for the rest of 50% for my repair cost, both party NCD affected, 500bucks excess fee need to pay (correct me this if i'm wrong). If i lose the case, NTUC will cover/bare the cost for the SUV and for me, ZERO! i bare the 100% cost at the workshop myself! no 500 bucks excess fee no need to pay but NCD affected.
Now, if leave my car at IDAC or NTUC appointed workshop, which means claiming my own insurance:- If i win the case, no need to pay 500 excess fee, claim my own insurance but no NCD affected and NTUC pay me 50buck per day for my car repair period. If 50/50, pay 500 excess fee, NCD affected and both parties insurance cover 50% for each and the rest 50% will bare by my insurance. If i lose, pay 500 excess fee, claim my own insurance and NCD affected.
I'm here seeking for expert and experience guys to advise but currently i choose the later one (which sound more secure to me) and if i decided to change my mind, i still can change to the 1st senario with some amendment and acknowledement.

The reason i choose the later one bcoz:- - What is the accessment method that NTUC Officer using before judgement? I got no idea =( - Since i can change my mind even after IDAC submitted my report to NTUC, so i'm here to seek for experience bro & sis advise if my case got better chance to win/sure win (lolz), then i can go for better workshop with better workmanship. =)
BTW, should i consult personal workshop about my case and explain them my senario and do you think they can/got lot of experience to judge whether i can win this case or not?

np~ 1) i neva on ntuc but wat i understand from ntuc webby, Classic is the cheaper premium where u must sent to their workshop, the other is the more expensive premium where u can sent to ur workshop of choice. for ur case, u can't sent to personal workshop or ntuc will void any claim. 2) "dunno what excess fee" <-- that is the amount we have to pay eg. for your case $500 if we hit the other party and we're making own damage claim. eg. if the repair cost 2k, u pay that xs 500, ntuc will pay the rest 1.5k. if ur not in the wrong and claiming against her insurance, no need pay any xs and no ncd affected. hmm both ntuc ar, then i dont noe how they settle with themselves haha. mayb some broes here eva experience ntuc wit ntuc can share. but its an impossible 50/50 case if ur pics clearly show her SUV is on the STOP area and ur on the Main area. if this is the case, pls read this pdf scroll to [Claim] ***edited the pdf url***

Bro, I think my piture clearly show the SUV just after the stop line and mine is on the main area which helps a lot in the case accessment. =) update from NTUC this afternoon that they appointed me to cityauto at sin ming rd for my car repair. said takes 5 days to repair. the result is i no need to pay for excess fee and NCD not affected for my next insurance renew. I will check with the workshop whether can i send my car to them on next monday although they mention send to them asap as I maybe engage with work and unable to take leave or off tomorrow and saturday. =(

Check with the lady boss my rim got repair or not as it get scratched by the SUV as well. she said they will try to smoothen the scratches. Will call her to check whether rim got prob or not.

If urs sports rim, ask them to change out all four new for u. They'll have a way to do it. If they still insist to smoothen the rim, ask them if they got warranty for the rim will not off center aft the repair? Else tell them to change all new for u or find bk the same rim as wat u'r using to replace u.

is it the correct way to ask for it? Any bro encounter this b4? If this is the case, i'll call the lady boss for the changes and and rims warranty. But i read the policy that ntuc appointed workshop will issue 9 months warranty after repair for the damage.

broe urs aftermarket rims? erm this is abit tricky. not sure abt ntuc wic u can check wit them but my insurance has a declare policy for any mod done eg. bodykits. if dont declare they wont cover one. eg. if i accident and i didn't declare my bk, the new replacement will b stock.
if ur claiming from another party then u can slow talk wit ur agent ask help to fight cover those items. but the issue here is the other party oso ntuc lol. mayb u can act blur call the workshop ask for new rims...

Got my car yesterday evening. due to the lighting not so bright, unable to see clearly what had been done. But, they just re-cond my rim instead of change (expected~ sienzzz~) Warranty will be given (said to be 9 months) on repaired portion. - Driver side front tyre puncture - mine is falken but they get a GoodYear as replacement, rotate to behind and alignment and balancing done. - Driver side Headlamp broken - Change new headlamp so now looks new for one side - Water reservoir broken - replace a new reservoir so far no issue - Driver side fender crash - they said change new piece yet to confirm later - Front Bumper crash - change to new one and OPC seal also declare to LTA. - ETC - things like drive shaft, center hub, suspension yet to find out.
Overall, my car looks back to stock when i drove yesterday back to my house.
Will double check everything later after work...
Thanks for all bros helps and advises during these period. =)
