Fog light not tested. 3rd brake light not a requirement in sg Spoiler as long as not blocking rear view mirror ok. But depends on tester mood, most times will pass. Extra welded on exhaust......... If both have muffler and cat is in place most times will pass though this is classified as "unapproved mod" and they got the right to fail you.
As mentioned, Most parts depend on the tester mood.

Most of ur stated parts will pass the inspection. The only grey area is ur exos. But can try la, as long as u'r still using bk ur stock muffler wont fail easily la. They'll test on exos sound (db) & CO emmision only.

If it looks "stock" it might stand a chance, then again, I don't know what's the guideline given to them.

3rd brakelight is not a requirement? 3rd brake light is a requirement in Msia, not a requirement in Singapore.

Usually for headlight, they won't make a big fuss on it lah... As long as the light output is not compromised, shd be ok.. My dad's prev car failed headlamp inspection because of using blue coated bulbs, but still passed overall inspection..

As for your exhaust, just the tip is fine.

If anyone got problem wif sprayed headlight pls give us a heads up.. sprayed headlights is definitely a fail item but testers will either just write a comment about it in the inspection results or just give a verbal warning or "reminder" to change it back to original within 7 (or 14) days. However, I'm sure everyone will know that the headlight test will >90% of time score a "fail" regardless of tinted or not. You guys can draw your own conclusion from this point.

But tinting and sprayed internal different lei..Tinting will surely reduce light emittance..but not internal spraying..shd not effect the light emittance..anyway, I got 2 years more.. ;D
