nowadays there is alot of talk on people scanning your car frequency as you lock it. I understand the "good" brands like audi and merc have car alarms that are anti-scanning. Does any of the usual ones like crimestopper and viper have this function? I am using a singapore-made generic one from C&C because it has an integrated alarm in key chain..heh heh. It has auto arm function, so all I do is manually lock the door and the alarm will auto arm after 1 minute. Good practice against scanning.

Hahaha... dun think ppl wanna steal our cheapo KIA la. Unless u put super $$$ ICE inside then might have a chance la. Sometimes those 2-ways alarm oso give some headache especially during raining day with thunderstorm. I'd seen those demo @ petrol kiosk those expert unlocking Merz & Bimmer w/o activating the alarm. So i sometimes really wonder the usage of alarm..... It's juz like our anti-virus in our PC.

They'd changed another brand name. Those selling pageguard is the old stock. Market $$ for most 2-way alarm is ard $350 +/- pending on extra function only.
