Try to rub with clay bar during car wash & polish it lo. If still cant get rid of it, then might needa consult those professional grooming centre liao. Ur ride is white colour ar?

yellow stains should not be water mark from what i know, paint mark or some liquid stain maybe?
get a good polish like the one Duragloss offers (Duragloss PC (Polish & Cleaner) 101), wash your car thoroughly and dry it, after that use an applicator and apply the polish on it, try not to apply in swirling action but straight forward and back, use bit of strength and then leave it for bout 10-15 mins or so, after that use a microfiber cloth to buff it off...
if cant can try to use those bug/tar remover, some swears by it saying it removes stubborn stains... but IF confirm water stains then can get the water spots remover form Duragloss...
